Late Payments

Intellectual Property

Revisions
Most projects include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Major scope changes will require a new project estimate.
Client Responsibilities
Timely provision of content, feedback, and approvals is essential for maintaining project timelines. Delays in client responses may extend project completion dates.
Limitation of Liability
Mehdi Alloui shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

- Client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date
- We will deliver all completed work upon receipt of payment
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Any third-party costs incurred are the client's responsibility
Warranty and Support
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We typically provide a warranty period after project completion to fix any bugs or issues in the original scope.
Ongoing maintenance, updates, and support beyond the warranty period are available through separate maintenance agreements.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
